Today, on arrival, you’ll be welcome in a traditional way at Safdarjung Railway Station in Delhi to further start with a luxury ride on Palace on Wheels. After compiling the check-in formalities at the counter, get on to your seats and relax. The train will further depart for Jaipur – The Pink City of India and the very first destination of luxury train tour. Stay overnight on the train followed by dinner.
After breakfast, get down the train to explore the beauty of Jaipur City on a sightseeing tour. On reaching the destination, visit Amer Fort- the majestic royal fortress cradled on the top of Aravali hills, located a few kilometers away from the heart of Jaipur. Thereafter, while returning back admire the beautiful sight of Jal Mahal - floating in the middle of Man Sagar Lake and then visit Hawa Mahal (the Palace of Winds) - an impressive edifice stands at the heart of the city. Also, visit Jantar Mantar - the largest observatory awarded by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site and City Palace - a huge palace complex displaying the beautiful blend of Rajput and Mughal style of architecture.
In the evening, aboard the train for the onward journey in Palace on Wheels for Ranthambore. Relax and settle down while relishing the luxury amenities and services of the train. Savor the delicious cuisines served at royal dining on board and stay overnight in train.
This morning, you’ll arrive at Sawai Madhopur to enjoy a tiger trail in Ranthambore National Park. It is one of the best wildlife reserves in India to spot Royal Bengal Tigers in its natural habitat. Crocodiles, eagles, peacocks, monkeys, deer, leopards, and much other fauna species can be sighted on a safari ride.
Later return back to the train for on-board lunch and then proceed for onward journey to Agra. Upon reaching Agra, you’ll leave for a sightseeing tour of the city.
Visit the iconic fusion of the Mughal Architectural design of the Taj Mahal constructed as a Milky White jewel on the bank of Yamuna River as the symbol of love by Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Later, explore some other Mughal architectural jewels like - a red sandstone monument hovering over the bank of Yamuna River Agra Fort, and the “Baby Taj” Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah resembles the structure of Taj Mahal.
Return back to the train and continue for the on-board journey to Delhi. Overnight stay in the train.
