Jaisalmer is located in the arid regions of Rajasthan where generally the days are hot whereas nights are cold. Summers in the city is extremely hot and humid which makes sightseeing challenging. However, monsoon in Jaisalmer brings relief from the scorching heat of the sun while appending greenery to the desert areas.
