Mehrangarh Fort

Kaylana Lake

Located almost 8 kilometers on the west side of Jodhpur, Kaylana Lake is a man-made artificial water reservoir built during 1872, by Rana Pratap Singh. Although it was constructed to confront the terrible water crisis in the arid regions of Jodhpur and its surrounding areas, today the lake is the most wonderful attraction of the city.
